Gallery - November
A bumper helping in this gallery. We'd expected November to be the month when the Pightle settles down for the winter, and
the trustees get a chance to look at tasks like improving the paths, servicing the equipment and making good outstanding repairs.
You'll see one of the new
bark-chip paths in this selection - many thanks to the Scouts and Community Payback for their assistance! However, the heavens
then opened and the Ouse flooded for the second time this year - this time coming well up on to the Pightle itself. The northern
stile was impassable for a week and our new bench stood forlornly with water lapping around its base...
